Shipping Policy
All orders shipped direct from our facility in Denver, CO.
Freight Delivery
Equipment weighing over 50 kg ships via freight carrier with curbside delivery. Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days. A freight company representative will contact you to schedule your delivery window. Liftgate service is included on all freight orders.
Freight delivery covers curbside only. Inside delivery, room-of-choice, or installation services are available on request — contact us for a quote.
Parcel Shipping
Smaller items (barbells, accessories, benches under 40 kg) ship via standard parcel carrier. Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days. Tracking information provided via email.
Shipping Rates
Volume and multi-item orders may qualify for reduced freight rates. Contact us for large orders.
Damage on Delivery
Inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the carrier's paperwork. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if damage is found. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost.
