Warranty
IRONVAULT equipment is built to outlast commercial use. Our warranty backs that claim.
Frame Warranty
All IRONVAULT steel frames carry a minimum 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, cracking, and structural failure. Select products carry a lifetime frame warranty (noted on the product specification page). This warranty covers the structural steel under normal commercial use conditions.
Parts and Mechanical Warranty
Cables, pulleys, bearings, upholstery, and mechanical components carry a 2–5 year warranty depending on product (see individual product pages). Wear items such as rubber grips and padded handles carry a 1-year warranty under commercial use.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage resulting from improper installation or assembly
- Overloading beyond rated weight capacity
- Cosmetic wear including surface scratches, fading, and rust from improper storage
- Damage from use in outdoor or high-humidity environments without appropriate protection
- Third-party modifications or repairs
How to Make a Claim
Email sales@ironvault.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps. Approved claims receive replacement parts or a replacement unit at our discretion.
