Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. IRONVAULT reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a product is unavailable or if a pricing error has occurred. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the commercial nature and weight of our equipment, returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Freight return costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.
Warranties
Warranty terms are specific to each product and are listed on each product page. Warranty claims must be submitted via email to sales@ironvault.com with proof of purchase. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or commercial overloading beyond rated capacity.
Limitation of Liability
IRONVAULT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
